We are seeking a highly competent **HSSE (Professional Level) to work closely with the Country GM and senior management to promote and continuously improve HSSE culture and performance across MEDLOG Thailand. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSSE policies, systems, and KPIs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company headquarter requirements, while supporting the company’s medium- and long-term business growth objectives. 

**Key Responsibilities** 

• Advise company leadership and general management on all environmental, health, safety, security, and sustainability matters. 
• Implement and maintain HSSE standards, policies, and guidelines in compliance with local laws, regulations, and company headquarter requirements. 
• Promote HSSE awareness and strengthen safety culture across the organization with a zero work-related injury objective. 
• Facilitate HSSE committee meetings and toolbox talks at all relevant sites. 
• Plan and conduct periodic internal inspections and audits, identify gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. 
• Coordinate with HSSE-related authorities and ensure proper relationships and statutory reporting. 
• Prepare and submit periodic HSSE reports, including monthly performance reports to regional and headquarter teams. 
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to HSSE and Sustainability. 
• Participate in incident investigations, review incident reports, and recommend effective mitigation measures. 
• Perform other HSSE-related duties as assigned by management in line with company strategic priorities. 

 **Qualifications & Experience** 

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or equivalent. 
• Minimum **5 years’ experience** in an HSSE role within the logistics industry, preferably with a multinational company background. 
• Strong knowledge of Thai occupational health & safety laws and environmental regulations. 
• Proven experience in HSSE incident handling, including reporting, investigation, insurance claims, and improvement action plans. 
• Good understanding of the transport and logistics industry.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
